We have developed a 3-year plan in consultation with our community, connected to a budget and student outcomes.
The School Excellence Framework underpins our school planning and reporting approach. The framework provides a clear description of the key elements of high-quality practice across learning, teaching and leading.
The school plan is highly strategic, focusing on 3 key areas for improvement we have determined in consultation with our community. It demonstrates our alignment and commitment to excellence as part of public education in NSW to ensure a profound difference to the ongoing growth and development of our school.

School annual report
The annual report provides an account of our operations and achievements throughout the year. It is the result of rigorous self-assessment by staff, parents and carers, as well as student leaders.

School Evaluation
The school uses a range of tools and measures for ongoing evaluation throughout the year. The Tell Them From Me (TTFM) surveys provide NSW Public Schools a valuable resource in assisting with this process. (See also http://surveys.cese.nsw.gov). The survey below was completed by 201 students at Floraville in April, 2017. The rich data provides an excellent snapshot of student engagement and will help inform school decision making.

School Excellence Framework
The School Excellence Framework supports all NSW public schools in their pursuit of excellence by providing a clear description of the key elements of high quality practice across the three domains of learning, teaching and leading.
The Framework describes 14 elements across these three domains which define the core business of excellent schools in three stages. Each year, schools will assess their practices against the Framework to inform their school plans and annual reports.
